May I kindly suggest that you review your G+ settings on
https://plus.google.com/settings?

—> 3rd setting, “Who can see your "+1's on posts" activity?”
—> Select “Only You”

I really enjoy reading your posts, but it is annoying to be forced to see posts of people/pages which I have not circled, together with “[Your Name] +1'd this post”.
