Trump has a recurring element in his roadshows. The disturber appears, he jokes with him and then start to do his #Gethimout  routine. In the collection of Trump behavior patterns NBC's Rachel Maddow got an overview of this. The "get him out of here" guy is like a Sideshow Bob or Bill Maher's "New Rule". Was there a Trump event without that?

Trevor Noah said that Trump is a stand-up comedian, and that's true. And his rally is like a tour presenting his odd stunts to an audience.

But an election is not a shtick or an act, it's reality.
