Yeah, well. So Airlines are not private? And yes, with a lot of luck you can get one of the two seats to NY that cost 250€ like you can one of the fifty seats in that train that cost 23€. But if you are late, want flexibility or simply don't have luck, you pay 250€ for a train ticket like you pay 2500€ for a flight to NY.
